Common questions
Opening a trade account. Apply in the KDS app (“Apply for a wholesale account”) or on our website. We review every application by hand and email you once you are approved.
Orders and deliveries. Your orders, their status and your invoices are in the app under Orders, and on the website under My account. You can follow each delivery live on your iPhone Lock Screen.
Signing in to the KDS app. Use the same email and password as your trade account on kingsdistrousa.com. Forgot it? Tap “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen.
Resale certificate (Virginia ST-10). Sign it once in the app under Account → VA resale certificate, or on the website under My account → My documents.
Deleting your account. In the app go to Account → Delete account, or on the website My account → Delete account. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
